Is the minimum spend a cover charge?

No. Every rupiah goes toward food, drinks, shisha, and bottles. You're pre-loading what you'd order anyway.

Worth the drive from Canggu?

About 20 minutes -same as Uluwatu. Except Luna sits on Tabanan's uncrowded coast with architecture no clifftop bar can match.

What do I wear?
